Seal Kebab Pizza - Sevenoaks

Let's start with good...done kebab...meat is fine..salad is fine...pitta is pitta...chips...very average Portion size...absolutely ridiculous (because they were late? Seriously...could have fed twice the amount (and we all don'tind a bit extra ...couldn't find the pittas through everything on top!!! Delivery...there lies the problem...on the app up to 45 minutes...phone after one hour...replied just packing and on way 10 minutes...30 minutes later finally arrived...what a waste of food...Seriously too much (photo of what was left ...and really poor wait time...enough said

I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be great, but recently the service has deteriorated significantly. Last week, it took 2 hours and 20 minutes for our food to be delivered, and tonight we ordered a small meal of a couple of kebabs at 7:10pm. When we called at 8:30pm to check on our order, we were told it was just being cooked. After calling again at just after 9pm for an update and asking why it was taking so long, we were simply told, "I don't know. It's on its way." The food finally arrived at 9:17pm. The delivery driver was nice and apologetic, but it's still disappointing.

I ordered from Deliveroo and they didn't pay attention to the order notes! When I called them, they said I had to order the meat and chips separately if I wanted them packed separately. They didn't include the chill peppers I requested, and when I asked about it, they said I should have selected salad instead. It was a complete joke! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all as the portion sizes are small and the prices are not worth it. Customer service was also lacking.

First time ordering a delivery which I did through their website and noticed that it showed they had a 5 star food hygiene rating so was hoping for good things. Food was not hot when it arrived and thought twice about eating it. We did though but it was not at all nice. We were very disappointed and then looked at the government food hygiene website and it shows that they don’t have 5 stars but only 3 stars. This rating was from September 2020 so no excuse. People need to know the truth as it has a real bearing on if they will order food from a place.

I am a local resident and visit this restaurant occasionally. The quality of the food can be inconsistent - while the kebabs are sometimes very tasty, other times they are bland and unappetizing. My wife once discovered a hair in her salad, which was disappointing. I reached out to the owner about this issue, but did not receive a response. Ordering directly from the restaurant provides larger portions and better value compared to using Deliveroo.
