Shorty's Ice Shack - Severn

Reading the reviews I was hoping for a great experience somewhat close to the authentic shaved ice snowballs I used to get from The Castle on Hollins and Hammonds Ferry Road. (Closed since Covid) This was not it. It was like I paid for a cup of ice. They lacked flavor and the ice was chunky. I guess my search continues.

Shortys is always my go-to in the area! Went recently with my husband and daughter, and we loved ours! My daughter was very excited for hers!

Great little place right off the highway with over 30 different flavors. Their always adding more but still keep the classics as well. I've been going there for years and always look forward to the weather heating up because I know Shorty's will be opening.
