Let me tell you about my order Macaroni taste like it was straight out the box. What I had was definitely not oxtail. Very oily and they gave you three pieces devoured in oil. The rice and peas hard as ever. $23 gone to waste. Hope that helps:

Oxtail was basically fat. It had 15% meat. I’m hungry.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to! I 'm not really sure how they 're still in business. Called in steak and eggs for breakfast. When I walked in, the look of the place instantly turned me off. Now I 'm all for a good hole in the wall food joint but this looked like it hasn 't been cleaned in weeks! The coolers were dusty looking and didn 't have any drinks, I don 't even think they were plugged in, to be honest! The most surprising part was my food. The steak was actually steak-uum meat just placed in a container. Where they do that at???? Taste of The Island that 's where!!!

The Jerk Chicken tasted okay but was not what I am used to or would call authentic. Tasted like brown stewed chicken instead of jerk. Not much more to say but I would not try it again. If your looking for some great caribbean food, this is the place to stop. I ordered the oxtails, pasta, rice and peas. Everything was outstanding and tasty. Seasoned just right.
