Me hundreds of others make DD our go to each morning before work. They are always cheerful.
I could not get the self check out to accept my member rewards for Duncan to scan to get my $2 medium coffee. The young man rang up from theirvregister ; and then we wanted the getting medium coffee get a donut for a dollar but because he had seen me struggling with a self checkout for like a while he went ahead I think his assistant manager said he could and gave me the donut on the house that was very kind!
Terrible customer service. I was the only person in the store, and four staff members working. No one greeted me or asked to take my order. When someone did offer to make my order, she was so rude and angry and just kept muttering I honestly do not know why I didn't just walk out. I won't be back, but, I don't think it matters to this team.
This is the absolute worst DD I have ever been to...the donuts hard and smashed a mocha coffee took 20 minutes to fix the loaded w/chocolate the owner was very rude...and the only thing they give for seniors is a 5% discount. Oh you have to ask for it... BOTH restrooms were OUT OF ORDER. really. What do the workers use. Lol Anyway Never Again!!!
