Bought a pre made bday cake here for my daughters 21 st. First time customer. There is basically no icing on this cake. There is a thin skim on top and sides, however, No layer of icing in middle of cake!! It?s a big cylinder of choc cake made to look like a layer cake. Who does that! Also bought cake truffles. Gluey texture. Disappointed.

We had a terrible experience. Ordered a cake for our son?s birthday via email, went in a week ago to pay the deposit and then went to collect the cake today and they had no cake and no order. Only refunded when I was able to show the card transaction. I have no idea how it can happen but it did. Had a very disappointed boy on his birthday, so had to head to Safeway.

I stopped in on a Thursday to get a vegan cupcake for my child who has terrible allergies. My child took 1 bite of the cupcake and immediately stopped eating it. She broke out in hives, and had a serious allergic reaction. I quickly called them to ask what was in the cupcake.
