Subway - Severna Park

I have visited many Subway restaurants over the years as it is my favorite sandwich place. However, this particular location stood out as the cleanest Subway I have ever been to. The two employees working there were incredibly friendly. All the meats, cheeses, and vegetables were fresh and perfectly cleaned, possibly because it was still early, around 11:45, or because they take pride in their ingredients. The atmosphere was incredibly refreshing. Both the male and female employees were kind to my children, even giving them a complimentary treat. It was a gesture that was much appreciated by everyone. We visit Subway locations frequently, but I wish we lived closer to this one so we could become regular customers. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

This restaurant serves traditional cuisine with a cozy atmosphere. While it may not be exceptional, the service provided by the staff is commendable.

Is this the best hidden gem? The customer service is top-notch. The location is very clean with a fresh menu. The Metro should definitely recognize these people.

Worst experience ever, the lady overlooked me while I was right in her face. She was rude by skimping me on every thing I asked for my sandwich was soo small. The only reason why she get a 1 star is because she rushed me out the line while I was paying she walked away and the card machine said keep card inserted so I don't think I even paid for the food. I will never go back to this place ?
