Applebee's - Sevierville

We arrived late on Wednesday, about an hour before closing, and it seemed like we were the only customers there. The friendly server promptly brought us water and their fantastic Margarita special. We shared the boneless wings and the Bourbon chicken with shrimp, along with the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Everything was delicious, and the server was excellent. We finished up just in time before they closed.

The service was a bit slow, but that was due to being understaffed. We weren’t too concerned about whether our server was friendly. The food we received was good and hot. We particularly enjoyed the garlic parmesan boneless wings! I ordered the chicken broccoli pasta, and it was tasty. Her cherry coke was excellent.

We have discussed going to Fort Worth Restaurant, but decided not after looking at the menu and prices online. We had a few stops to make and decided to go to Applebee because it wasn't busy and was close. The waitress was very friendly, friendly and attentive. Only ordered burgers and soup, but everything was hot, perfectly cooked and delicious. We're going back. We ordered an appetizer together with our meals; the pulps with beer cheese are stubborn. There was a young lady working both times that we were called Lee. She is extremely friendly, outgoing, friendly and helpful. I wish all companies had such employees!

The manager came over to our table, offered his sincere apologies, and promptly checked with the kitchen. Our food arrived shortly thereafter, and I truly appreciated his involvement and the effort he made to rectify the situation. He also graciously took care of our bill, which was a nice gesture. As locals, we’ll definitely return. Thank you once again!

Food was fantastic. Our waiter Eric was the very best waiter or waitress we have ever had. He made our night with antics, service and kindness. He was waiting on one whole side of the restaurant and never missed a beat. Never wrote the first thing down from any order and never missed one item if anyone's order. He had the one whole side of the restaurant rolling with laughter and kept everyone entertained the whole night. This guy is the best server I have ever seen. It is a must when you visit Pigeon Forge, you'll not be disappointed!!!!
