Chick-fil-a - Sevierville

The servers seemed very jaded and almost rude in their attitudes. Very disappointed.

The Maple Bacon sandwich was very good. The place was clean and staff was friendly and professional. Food was fast and hot.

We highly recommend the chicken tenders. They are perfectly cooked fairly the same size. We did notice if you order 3 they are the same size. If you order 4 one is smaller. We enjoy the Polynesian sauce and honey mustard sauce. They are usually fairly fast you can not beat their customer service. We love support this business no matter where we are in the USA. The manager always sends me rewards. It makes my day even when I forget to use them. It makes us feel appreciated. We highly recommend.

Great food and service you can go inside and sit down and eat aswell

When I get breakfast from Chic fil a I usually get a fruit and yogurt parfait with granola. 3 times this week my order has been incorrect. The first day I recieved a just bowl of fruit no yogurt, the second time I recieved just yogurt no fruit, and today the third time I didn’t get a spoon with my order so I can’t eat the parfait that finally has the fruit and the yogurt. I’ve lived here for 26 years and have never had an issue at chic fil a but three separate issues in the same week is crazy. For the first two issues they comped me a free fruit and yogurt the following day but I’m just going to not go to this location any longer.
