Feedback gevenAfter a while, I couldn’t take it anymore and informed a very kind waitress we had; she handled the situation for us, and I wish I knew her name because she must have been a manager. The food we ended up getting was disappointing—overcooked crabs that we couldn’t even eat. After that, we decided to leave and went to Wendy's just to fill up. This experience has made me hesitant to try other crab dishes in the future, which is really sad because I'm usually pretty easy to please. I’ve never been one to complain, but this time was just too much. While this happened quite some time ago, I still find myself avoiding that place. I did stop by another location in Sevierville, Tennessee, but I couldn’t bring myself to go inside.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to poor management. The waitress accused me of lying, which was quite unsettling. She was right there and was dishonest herself. Several staff members claimed they hadn’t informed us about important details, even though I had communicated clearly with them. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional situation.
