Little Italian Kitchen - Sevierville

Went today bought two large antipasto got home salad old and wilted called up and have a teenage girl arguing with me that they were made at 4 so I guess they are premade first off and second I come in there atleast thtee times a week.it's not about the 30 dollars but what happened to customer service guess not I won't be going back

I used to swear by this place back when it was at the smaller location. But two of the kids they have at the front decided to put an additional tip charge on our bill only after sneezing and wiping her face on her hands to take our card. Food was great as usual it was clean. But the new servers aren’t as friendly as the previous location. Probably won’t be back for a while hopefully a new front of house staff will be there. It used to be a really sweet place but now it’s like serving the customer was a chore and that’s just bad optics.

I have been a loyal Customer for many years, however, tonight was huge disappointment. I ordered a Large Clam Pizza for take out and when I arrived I was told the price was ,are you ready ? 27.28 !!! I asked why was it so expensive and the server said Well Calms are expensive Really ? I have ordered the same pizza at restaurant and it was NEVER that expensive. This was a real turn off for me considering how many choices we have here. Probably lost me as a Customer ...By the way, the pizza was also bland and the crust awful !

Went for the first time Saturday it was so good!!! Highly recommend!!!
