Olive Garden Italian - Sevierville

Food was bland and barely enough sauce to coat the pasta on my chicken marsala, sever brought the wrong drinks to the table twice then denied they were wrong. Pleasant otherwise

Excellent food, super service and great atmosphere. What else needs to be said?

Arrived at 11:30am, my son has been patiently waiting to eat here during our trip. There is no one eating in the restaurant, the host proceeds to tell my husband, “we only have three servers and they don’t want to take on a big party right now.” There is 8 in my family, which takes one server every restaurant we go.My family could not eat, because you do not feel like working right now. 20 minute wait turned to 45 50 minutes. Drinks took 10 minutes. Bread sticks took 15 minutes, because they were being made fresh ...not hot or fresh. Asking for anything we need took entirely too long. Can I have some ranch please? took 10 minutes. Had to get my own silverware. Messed up our check. 2 hours after entering the building we were able to leave. Food was ok overall. Tristen was the only good thing this place has going for them.

I ordered the shrimp scampi it came out and was shrimp calabash. Not cooked as Shrimp Scampi should be cooked.Kid-friendliness: Friendly and helpful staff. Our server Kevin was great.
