Feedback gevenI experienced the worst customer service ever! There were three staff members working, yet they chose to turn away customers. When my husband and I walked in, the staff seemed calm and not busy at all, yet they still refused to serve us. It's incredibly frustrating to witness such poor management of customer interactions, especially since they don't even have a drive-thru that could justify being overwhelmed.
I’ve been to several Starbucks locations recently, but this one is the only one that consistently gets my coffee just right. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating.
I couldn't place an order because there was a sign stating that they only accept mobile orders through their app. To make things worse, there's a dead zone for cell service at the location, making it impossible to use the app, even if you have it installed. It's a ridiculous system. You should be able to order a coffee just like you can at any other café.
I ordered a refresher through the app, but when I arrived at the store, I discovered that my cup was empty. Instead of notifying customers through the app that they were out of refreshers, they waited until after payment to share the news. While the staff was friendly and did process a refund, the whole experience was frustrating and could have been easily prevented.
Great service, tasty food, and refreshing drinks! I just wish they offered sit-down seating.
