So good, we ate here two nights in a row! We were visiting Seville during Semana Santa, so all the streets were jammed with people, and the tapas bars were standing-room only. We were lucky to find this oasis of calm amid the crowds. The front-of-house team here are young and enthustiastic, and the chefs clearly are very talented and inspired. Every dish we tried was outstanding, but the standouts were the “tribute to tomato”, the spider crab mousse and the egg a l’Artisan. The selection of the house wines were really superb too, and I particularly enjoyed the glass of Pedro Ximenez to complete the meal on both nights. The restaurant is new (I think), but it won’t be long before it will become a famous culinary landmark of Seville’s modern cuisine scene. They certainly deserve it!
Gran sorpresa al visitar este gastro bar donde pude disfrutar de algunas raciones y tapas gourmet a precios correctos. El trato por parte del personal fue bastante agradable, y supo dar buenas recomendaciones. El ambiente, algo ruidoso sobre todo por la zona más cercana a la barra, donde principalmente la gente va a copear y tapear más que a comer .
Totalmente recomendable!! Comida de 10, desde sus aperitivos como sus guildas o tostas de atún, hasta otras tapas más elaboradas como la escamorza. Además, cada vez que vengo, la atención es muy buena. Sitio con buena terraza y acogedor en el interior. Excelente calidad precio, sin duda seguiré viniendo.
Carta con muy buenos productos en quesos, carnes y pescados con un toque innovador.
