The server/patron is not smiling but professional. Indeed, 25 or 30 for the CB it could be better. It's a point to be seen especially for tobacco. As an honest boss, he signals it everywhere that the CB is taken from a certain amount. In any case I much prefer this Bar/tabac to the Town Hall or you are received no matter how... the choice is quickly made between a luxurious and professional and a second low-end. I choose Le Balto, without hesitation!
