If you vape/smoke and live in Seymour and have not yet stopped TODAY is the day you want to review it, they are never out of what I want, and today like many other days I have stopped there, they give free promotion offers bet, you can not say who was free and who I paid and that is just good customer service. I worked in a vape shop and she never gave the promotions she always gave them to the staff of this place is great!
I love this place! Customer service by phone is always as pleasant as it is personal. I have two different vape systems that I love because their knowledge about the products convinces me to try new options. Strawberry Custard Monster is my fav taste, but vanilla is a tight second. I just trust her advice on flavors and new articles!

Bad customer service I've ever seen. Bought a vape, battery worked, taste, absolutely no. I wouldn't let it trade, get a refund, discount or even via the contact of the company that made it. Instead, they have revoked membership rights (my radiation therapist and I) and harassed them on Facebook ambassadors. Don't worry, no one wants to come back to a store that can handle no problem with a product that they sell, does not work the second one you buy. The payment of customers is as you stay in Buisness, denying customers especially with a disability when you lose your business. Yes, you can deny selling something to someone as a small business, but if discrimination, false advertising and harassment are involved, you could literally lose your business. Think more carefully about how you react next time to a customer because you could end up with a complaint next time.
The employees are extremely helpful, polite, funny, and just fantastic and very knowledgeable.
