Vat Barrel - Seymour

This is a fantastic spot for a romantic date night. They offer a selection of microbrew beers on tap and an extensive wine list. The furniture is comfortable, and the fireplaces create a lovely ambiance. It's neither smoky nor noisy, making it perfect for conversation. The food is excellent, too!

I had a great experience at the restaurant! I really enjoyed my visit. They offer free samples, which is a nice touch before you decide to purchase. I tried the special Rare Ahi Tuna, and it was excellent. I'll definitely be returning to try more of their specials!

The service, food, and interior of the bar are all exceptional.

Wow!! That is what I have to say about this place. The staff is awesome and the food is amazing. We had the brisket cheese steak and the pesto marina flat bread. Both were awesome. We also had the pretzel with cheese sauce. All of it was awesome. Their old fashioned’s were delicious and well worth it. I had the one with their bourbon, batch 3, and it was delicious with a slight after bite, and my wife had the one with their regular burning. Both great. Will come back for sure!!!
