Feedback gevenI don 't like leaving bad reviews but something has got to change at this Sonic. I haven 't been to this location in a few years and it was shocking to pull in and see weeds 2 feet high lining the curb of the seating area and playground, and the flower beds were full of pure weeds. It was sad to see it in such a poor state. Then we waited 13-14 minutes for our food once we placed the order on the app, which is okay but we can see when our food is on the way and it was for at least 5 of those minutes our food was cold when we got it and the ice cream Sunday had melted all over the cup carrier creating a mess! The blast was also melted all over the top. My chili cheese dog bun was hard and stale, the kids corn dogs also seamed old and the fries and tater tots tasted like they had been fried in old oil. I hope that Sonic can turn it around.
The employees are so slow. They have no urgency. I waited in a stall for my mobile order for 15mins it's wasn't busy. I finally went thru the drive thru. I sat at the call box for 5mins before anyone would say anything. Top it off, my drink was wrong. Too upset to even get it fixed.
Place is rundown. I thought it was closed since the bushes were all overgrown and the lay ground fenced off. The slushies tasted like they were made with toilet water. I will not be going back. I love Sonic and went out of my way to go here, but this one was terrible.
Constantly given the wrong order when i repeat myself multiple times. Worst thing is that they just never seem to care. Place has really gone down!
Lately they have been lacking but whoever was there today for everything perfect. Thank you for the Sonic standards I expect. I went to the drive through around 530 or 6
