Feedback gevenThis branch in bukit kemuning was my way to guilt. the lack of personal has made me really do not go back. I ordered my food in the app for the collection. it should be ready in 30 minutes or so, but ended up waiting for almost 1 hour. can not even get the staff in the handle, as a staff cuts the kitchen and the service area. When I finally got my order, my pizza was for a while cold on the theke) and they gave me the wrong pasta I had ordered. was very disappointed by my last visit and will probably not go back.
Very slow service. Although the price has increased significantly, the service has getting worse than before. Although the store short of the staff, the management didn't bother to hire new ones thus creates this all mess. Their also prioritise Foodpanda delivery first than the actual customer on the store.
Placed an order at 6.30pm for 8pm delivery but the pizza was delivered at 10pm. Called the customer service but was informed that there’s lack of manpower they’re unsure of the estimated delivery time. If there’s less manpower, why there’s a delivery option in the first place??? Such a bad service!!
Better shut down ..... 3 times came can't dine in ......and receive bad service,wat for table n chairs is there if no dine in???
Update review 2022. Service very slow. If u dont mind to waste at least 1hour, then ok. Management pls take look on this matter. Totally not recommended
