Pizza Hut - Shaker Heights

I have never received my order, tried to call the restaurant and was taken into operation for over 6 minutes and then suspended.

I will NEVER spend any of my money at this location again!!! I placed an order for delivery, and when my order came the driver told me that they only prepared half of my order cause the other half of the order wasn't showing in their system properly. And instead of calling me to get the order situated before they sent it out, they still sent it out for delivery knowing it was wrong!!! Then I call up there to get an explanation, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes then take me off hold and sit the phone the counter for another 5-10 minutes and not talk to me at all. This is probably one of the most unprofessional things I have ever had to deal with. They won't get another dime from me ever again!!!

My food was just left outside my door. The driver never called and completely disregarded my delivery note I left when I placed my order online. Had it been snow or raining my order would have been ruined!!

I ordered the tastemaster with extra pepperoni and cheese bread. My pizza was dry and my cheese bread was over cooked and they didnt cut it. Im home sick so i went to this one because its closer. Bad decision. It seems the only decent pizza hut is on 79th, next time i will drive over there.

Whoever took this pizza out the oven and placed in the box should be ashamed of themselves. Privately owned doesn't mean serve pizza of low quality. Pizza was hard and burned. You could tap it on the table and nothing fell off it was that bad. I called the manager answered asked for my phone number put me on hold had me listen to a automated message about how good the pizza would be 3x and then hung up on me. If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. Order if you feel like getting played for your hard earned money PERIOD.
