Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shakopee

This Chipotle wants to go out of business. It is the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered. It's so bad, my friend from South Dakota knew its reputation. There's no way there isn't spit and floor dust in the burritos, so it's about even with your average Qdoba. It's like it is haunted by the spirit of the Taco Bell that used to be in that building. Just go to the good Chipotle on Old Carriage road.

Came through the area traveling and ordered a veggie bowl with chips online. The bowl was more sour cream than beans, rice or veggies.. They forgot the chips entirely, forgot the queso I paid extra for, and I found several pieces of meat in my bowl. I attempted to call and there was no answer three times, and judging by the rest of these responses no one at this location seems to care about the abysmal reviews.As a vegetarian trying to get some food on the go it was just overall disappointing. To top it off the bowl was entirely cold. People working the drive thru lane were quite rude as well. By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Stop at a different location, this was terrible.
