Marco's Pizza - Shakopee

We have ordered The Works twice and both times it has been delicious and hot. Our new favorite pizza order! Also very fast delivery!

Got the All Meat. I would put this pizza up against any pizza in the SW metro. Its delicious. The cheezy bread with garlic dipping sauce is also excellent.

I recently tried Marco's for the first time. The pizza was delicious and the prices were fair. The parking lot can be a bit difficult to navigate, but after my first visit, I know how to maneuver it.

I went to pick up my pizza from Marco's, only to discover upon arrival that the pizza had never been made. The staff member in the store could not take responsibility for the mistake, checking around and finding nothing had been prepared. She finally printed out the order receipt, realized the error, but still could not admit fault. No apologies were given for the inconvenience. It would have been appreciated if they had just owned up to their mistake.

Yesterday, at 8:26 pm, I called Marcos Pizza and was informed that they were unable to deliver any pizza that night because their driver had already gone home. Disappointed, I decided to order from another pizza place instead. It was disappointing that Marcos Pizza did not seem to care about losing our business. Goodbye, Marcos Pizza!
