Mcdonald's - Shakopee

Puerto Rican food is a good way to go. Food here is good and for the price you can't go wrong. I do recommend eating here if you feel like trying something new

The drive-thru service at this restaurant was incredibly slow, even though it was not during peak dining hours. My fries were poured into the bag upside down, making them fall out of the holder. The burger and McChicken I ordered were sloppily made. I will not be returning to this location.

You can walk in place your order at the kiosk, pay for it and take a number. The employee will bring food to the table for you. This is much more convenient and efficient than it was a few years ago. Since there is labor shortage, this way it cutsdown waiting time. My biggest complaint is that the tables were not clean at all. I had to walk around to find one that cleanenough to sit and eat. I would recommend that people go in place your order or do it by phone and take it to go or eat in thecar. Some McDonald's are better than others. This one isn't the best as for cleanliness, but the food at all McDonald's arethe same. It's good for when you crave for something.

We waited in the drive-thru for 40 minutes, going from the order board to the pick-up window. We are still one car away from the window. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. If I could, I would leave the line.

I live near this restaurant and I have never received my food in less than 5-10 minutes. Additionally, an item has been missed every time. I suggest going somewhere else if possible, as there is another location less than a mile away.
