Pizza Hut - Shakopee

Went in today for a large stuffed crust pizza and had horrible service. The ladies there had no idea what they were doing. They got annoyed with my dad because OF their own mistake. Made it seem like we were trying to leave with the wrong pizza when all he did was go in as normal like we have several times before. The service here has been declining so bad the past several months. Got home and open the box to a burnt pizza. Definitely not ordering here again

I usually get their wings, which I think are amazing. Now and again I'll get some cinnamon sticks or a pizza. The staff is always nice and I'm usually in and out within a few minutes.

I 've ordered twice in the past month and both times have ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. Both times I recieved a pizza that had the regular amount of pepperoni on it. The first time it happened, I thought it was just a one off issue, but I have been proved wrong. Pizza hut is not cheap and I expect to get what I ordered, especially when it costs extra for a specialty pizza. Will not be ordering again from here any time soon.

They forget your items and pretend to take orders when no one is working! Drove up to find cops going thru the store with unopened doors and not one employee in sight. Never got my order refunded either. Stay away.
