Chick-fil-a - Shallotte

Came this morning and spent $35 on breakfast. Found a USED BANDAID in our chicken minis halfway through eatin them. DISGUSTING. The manager of this location was less than helpful and in a nut shell couldn’t do anything to help me. I live in SC and our Chick-fil-A’s there take pride in the customers spending money. It’s a total shame here.

William was the sweetest! He made our experience so awesome. Very personable and genuinely kind. The world needs more Williams’!

They have great crew and are kind to people and Polite to people

Hello. My parents lives down here and my husband and I went through the drive thru to get lunch. I am a chick fil a lover. And this was by far the BEST experience ever. They were so fast friendly. The parking lot was amazing. I give this one a 100/10. Thank you guys keep it up.

It’s a sorry company and management that hires these kids at super high wages then cuts them loose with no explanation or offer to take a lower wage all the while hiring new employees at a much lower rate. Management is not even man enough to make eye contact with a teenager and tell him why.
