Domino's Pizza - Shallotte

Placed a delivery online. Only half the order was delivered I was charged for the full order. I tried calling several times no one will answer the phone. Couldn't even leave a message cause voicemail is full. Very unprofessional would not advise ordering from here

Let me preface this by saying, this dominos closes at 12am the day we attempted to order. We placed an order at 11:08, HALEY at this dominos hit the button on their end to say that the order was being prepared then proceeded to cancel our order and refund our money. Placed the order a second time and she did the same thing, DAMN NEAR AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSING TIME. Would rate the store AND HALEY zero stars if it were possible!!!!! Not even worth the $7.25 minimum wage never mind what they’re actually getting paid.

Order placed through the Dominos app, paid for, and confirmed with an email from Dominos. About 45 minutes later, received an email saying the order was cancelled and to contact the store with question. The associate and manager knew nothing simply saying they didn’t cancel it and it wasn’t on their screen very poor customer service, and now I wait 5 10 business days (according to the manager) for a refund.

Pizza was ready when we got there and ot was delicious

They cancelled my online order without even contacting me. I drove 8 miles to the store before finding out through the pizza tracker. The door was locked and the girl in the store acted like she didn't even see me at the door. Very disappointed!
