Amazing support from Anurag! Got few paper bags done for an event and same was delivered to me in just couple of days, even earlier than the committed time. Also the follow up was great and they were okay extremely updating me about the progress

Comment: Worst ever experience. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The team is not at all professional and for sure lacks a lot of technical field knowledge. Had ordered stationery items that included stickers with (Pantone Color) mentioned in the artwork and as well in the duly signed quotation. After paying the 50% advance, received a call from the production claiming that they can only do digital printing and not offset (which was nowhere mentioned in the quotation or communicated by the sales team). SO IT WAS THE TRAP! We requested them to match the colors as close as 95% with the sample provided, and the production shared pics claiming the closest match. But, unfortunately, the final delivered product was nowhere near a match to the approved sample. Now, after raising the concern and asking to resolve the matter they simply took their sweet time and blamed the customer mentioning there is no way they can help also NOTE they have NO REFUND POLICY. I printed event lanyards with them, and the ink has started to fall off just from putting the badges on the lanyards. The logos now look streaky, and there is a dust of ink all over the lanyards. They will ruin our event attendees' shirts, so it's not possible to use them.
