Frank's Seafood - Sharon Hill

The employees at this restaurant are extremely impolite and unprofessional, and the manager is aware of this issue. I will not be returning to this establishment and I do not recommend it to my family, friends, or colleagues. The prices are too high and the seafood quality is poor, except for the crabs. Proceed with caution when dining here. The service needs significant improvement.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant. There were only two people working, and it took them 15 minutes to take my order. When the older Asian man finally took my order, he seemed annoyed and said they couldn't fulfill it because they were closing in an hour. I would not recommend this place. Additionally, the roof was leaking, so customers had to stand in certain spots to avoid getting wet.

Horrible just horrible plan and simple. The seafood is never fresh and I’ve gotten sick from it. Customer service is trash and don’t care about what mistakes THEY may cost when taking your order, and no accountability what do ever! I had a bad experience my first time and thought maybe a second time would be better, absolutely not! Will never spend my money or time in that place! The management is disgusting, so happy for the other seafood places in the area because Frank’s is not it!!!! PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE FOR SEAFOD!

Food is always good. Location is always clean and friendly.
