Wendy's - Sharonville

Stopped here today and this place wnd it 's employees are a joke. Wakes in to 5 employees doing nothing and ignoring me. Took a manager to come out o tell grown adults to acknowledge the customer at the counter. Young lady who attempted to take my order was all attitude. Excuse me for coming in and making you do something. An elderly woman had been waiting on her food forever. The woman expressed she had been waiting on her food for a very long time and the same.young lady told her yeah, I 'm getting it with her stank attitude. This chick 's attitude was completely **** poor. I ended up leaving over her miserable attitude and the ridiculous wait and middle aged adults doing nothing. This isn 't the first time. I tried this same place a month ago and at 1130am the dining room was locked so I went through the drive thru and it Took the 5 minutes to say anything. Worst Wendy 's in town.

Long wait, not enough people to serve, we left after 15 minutes waiting to order.

Absolutely horrified. Found a headphone in my drink.

We argued as a family whether or not to go here after the pool because they always mess up the order!….they messed up the order…shocking it’s the 2nd worse Wendys in Cincinnati but could be 1st if I see a staff fist fight next time

Couldn’t answer the phone to save their lives, called at least 10 times.
