Bj's Brewhouse - Sharpes

Had mediocre/bad experiences here before. Nikita was amazing today and made up for the other times. Good food. Good suggestions.

The hostess tried to sit 5 of us adults, with elderly people in a booth, when we requested for a table set up, it seemed to be a trouble. The restaurant was empty at 5 pm. They dropped our utensil set up, and didnt bring another set back. We had to ask several times and finally got up to get our own when the food arrived. The pepsi was overly high in syrup, the entree came out before our appetizers did. Had to follow up on our bar drinks initially as one of the guest already had their soup and salad. server was sweet but all in all, it was horrible.

The experience we had our first time here will keep us coming back. We were greeted with a warm welcome. Jordan, our server, took very good care of us. He was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Still others visited us to bring more of our order and clear the table, making sure we were pleased and comfortable. Love the Teamwork! If you want delicious food in a nice atmosphere with lovely people, BJs is where you want to be. Yes, we'll definitely be back. Did I say the food was delicious? ?

Came for dinner last night waiting for a table was not to bad we went by the bar and had a drink I did a early reservation on the website we got seated our waiter was good and very attentive now the issue comes from the length of time we waited for our food just for it to be cold when it came they heated it up but at that point everyone was just agitated that we sat so long and decided to take it to go our bill alone for two people out of four was basically 100 dollars and all we were offered was a free ice cream dessert that would have melted by the time we got home for our wait time and cold food that was even more disappointing will not be coming back
