Chili's Grill - Sharpes

This place is so hit or miss! Went there tonight for a curbside pick up. Was supposed to be ready at 7:09. Got there and checked in. By 7:35 no one had brought out the order. Walked in to them finally walking out with the order. Was supposed to get a Caesar salad, got a house salad. Rest of the food almost cold by the time we got it home (we live 5 minutes away). Better luck next time, I guess! …maybe.

Food is always great at Chili's. My wife loves the rack of ribs. All the choices are good, but I love Dukes beer!

Food was good and served hot. The server was slow due to being overworked. Definitely will go back for another visit.

Our food took a while to arrive, and when it did, we got our entrees before our appetizers . My Chili was very spicy/salty and had no beans whatsoever, I’m not sure if the recipe changed but the new one is just horrible, I had one spoon and couldn’t eat it. My kid had a kids meals and we were charged $3.09 for a lemonade that should’ve been included with her kids meal. Otherwise our burgers were big, juicy, and delicious.

So loud I couldn't hear the Hostess, coffee came cold, food was warm (not hot), came with no sauce when I ordered extra. Waitrss did her best to make things right, but it was one thing after another. Stay away if this place is busy.
