Hibachi Time Food Truck - Sharpes

We arrived at 6:30 thinking we were being early to our surprise there was a line after 2 1/2 hours in line lamb chops were sold out and the big jugs of juice but I must say the shrimp and salmon 10/10 and the smaller juices 10/10

I got the salmon and shrimp, my friend got the steak and shrimp.. The salmon was 10 out of 10, very delicious. the shrimp was 9.5/10, very good, could use a little more seasoning. Fruit drink is 10/10, delicious. the steak was tender but plain 5/10, needs seasoning. the vegetables and rice was very plain 4/10, they both need some seasoning and butter. The price on social media for the salmon and shrimp is $17 but it's actually $25 in person : Pricey for only 6 shrimp and a medium size filet. Good, but not worth the 2 hours standing in line

Everything we tried was delicious! Excellent customer service. 10/10 experience all around, highly recommend.

Get there early on the weekends. Like a hour early. Don’t forget to order your juice. It’s sweet but it goes with the meal. It don’t matter what you order you will eat it all. They never post when they sell out, I’ve driven here twice at two different times because they advertise open from 8-12p but it’s really like 8-9pm.
