Mr Taco - Sharpes

Food was really flavorful and fresh. Fair prices and portions. The restaurant is tucked into a shopping center with mostly eateries on Bowden, which is right off of University Blvd. You can dine in or take it to go.

Definitely qualifies as a hole in the wall, but I loved the salsas and the various meats were fantastic.

I have been eating at Mr. Taco for close to, if not over 15 years. Unfortunately I will not longer be giving them my business as over the last few years the quality of the food has gone down, but the price has gone up. I ordered two fajita style steak quesadillas and both of them had so much cheese on them I couldn't taste the steak or bell peppers and onions. The sour cream was watered down, if you can believe that. Who wants liquified sour cream to go with their quesadilla? I am extremely disappointed. At one time they were my second favorite place to get Mexican style food. Now even though I live very close I would rather drive 10 or 1t minutes to Los loros where I know I can expect to get what I paid for. I refuse to pay $18.00 for a steak quesadilla that is 90% cheese.

The place was clean, I received a great attention and attitude. The burrito was great!

Great Taco Tuesday place!!! I always try an eat here, and on game day they always have the Jags or Florida Teams on TV.
