I’ve ordered here about 2-3 times a month for the last year . The food is always delivered super fast, hot and fresh, and they also offer sushi which is a plus for me . Their driver that usually delivers it is super kind and always smiling . I was surprised to find so many negative reviews ,seeing as they have never made any errors or taken a long time with my orders . Repeat customer and staying that way
Food was sosos . ordered a Rainbow roll sent me a califCalif roll and said it was a rainbow roll .... The steak hibachi was gross also ...
Took over two hours to get my order they called 30 minutes after I called in my order and said couldn't make one of my dishes give it it's a Tuesday night. On top of that the person on the phone was totally rude and the food sucked. Sushi, crab ragoons, and clear soup was all terrible! Never again will I order from here.
The last 2 times we ordered, gyoza was still on the printed delivery menu. We were told as such at the time of the first of these 2 orders. It had been a while since we ordered with then and they said they had dumplings now. We asked for a new menu since the menu had changed. We got the dumplings, and they were really gross, not even comparable to gyoza. We also recieved a print copy of the menu. It was the exact same one as before, it STILL had gyoza listed as available to order. When we ordered the last time we again asked for gyoza, thinking perhaps that the previous order take had been mistaken, or that we misunderstood and they just didn't have any the time we ordered previously. But we were again told they no longer have gyoza. So why haven't they updated their menu? Especially when they have no website. Not at all impressed with the current owners and staff.
