Mcalister's Deli - Shavano Park

$16 is a bit pricey for a sandwich but it was a very delicious sandwich,it’s called the King Club, it’s double everything? I will come again but not very often due to their high prices.

Food is always fresh and top notch. Customer service was excellent. I would’ve taken A picture but I ate it too

Kid-friendliness: NOT KID FRIENDLY, sometimes I go and it’s alright but sometimes I go and I see this por woman get bashed by her coworkers, idk if they are managers or what but that poor girl doesn’t deserve to be treated with disrespect, she’s always there closing late she’s always nice to me, idk if you guys have a Carlos working but other than bad words being yelled at her that name comes up a lot rethink your management, it’s a restaurant not a courtyard. I wanna go and eat not be at a circus ?

Terrible food and service from this location. Has gone down hill past few years. Stay away.

Called in my order and went to the drive-through. I couldn’t see anyone behind the front counter’s or in the back it took them 10 minutes for someone to show up. I ordered a sandwich with no mayo, extra pickle and a unsweet tea sandwich had mayonnaise. There was no pickles at all. And the tea was so old it was undrinkable. And I will include a picture I would like my money back for the tea.
