Domino's Pizza - Shawano

We ordered delivery, and after waiting an hour and a half, our food arrived cold and made incorrectly. It was barely edible—the grease had pooled at the bottom of the boxes, the cheese had hardened, and my parmesan garlic wings didn't even have any sauce! When we called the restaurant to share our disappointment, we were essentially told to just deal with it. The person I spoke to was quite rude and unhelpful. The photos show what was supposed to be stuffed garlic bread—there's no cheese inside at all!

Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. You really can't ask for more than that!

I called in to pick up a pizza, and it was perfect—hot and ready right when they said it would be. My elderly parents order a large three-topping pizza every Saturday. My dad usually prefers the Brooklyn style, but he was very disappointed with it last week. So this week, they decided to try the large three-topping hand-tossed pizza, and it turned out to be just right.

Bad customer service. Went to the store, ordered my pizza and appetizer. The cashier told me it would take only 12 minutes so I decided to wait with my small children in the car. My husband goes back in 12 minutes later to get our order. He goes to thecounter to purchase garlic butter and a female employee was confused. My husband said he had already put in his order in and itshould be done soon. Then she went back to find our order only to realize NO ONE STARTED IT YET!!!! They reply with, Sorry, wegot busy. So we decided to get our money refunded and go to Papa Murphy 's instead!

Excellent pizza, was ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes! Staff was very friendly and courteous and by far the best Domino?s I?ve ever ordered from.
