Baskin-robbins - Shawnee

The workers were rude, some worker said they have no ice cream because their freezer is broken and had an attitude and walked off without letting me talk so ya I'm disappointed. The last time I had Baskin Robbins was years ago in Kansas and I found this place and was hoping for the best but got nothing but attitude.

The only thing they offer is Baskin Robbins ice cream scoops. No sundaes or toppings at all. Service was bland and my ice cream was soft.

THIS PLACE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A MOCHA BLAST, EVEN WHEN THERE IS A DIRECTION BOOK THAT TELLS THEM HOW...LAZY!!!!

Not an actual full service Baskin-Robbins. They carry tubs of baskin robbins ice cream and that is it. Misleading advertising. Positive reviews are actually for the Indian/Pakistani Restaurant. They might as well put signs up that say Hostess Store, Frito Lay Store and every other brand of merchandise they carry on a sign outside as well.

This was the worst bask in robins I've ever experienced, they had no clue as to what a scoops ahoy aka U.S.S butterscotch was and he had the shirt on ugh!!! It's at a truck stop .
