Dunkin' - Shawnee

I've ordered through the app five times now, trying to make my requests as clear as possible, but each time they've gotten my order wrong. They've also charged me for items I didn't order. Today, I received donuts that weren't what I requested. I think I'm ready to give up on this place. I tried to address the issue in person once, and that was the only good experience I had back in winter 2022. Since then, their service has only gotten worse. I just hope no one else has to go through this. I've attached a photo of the donuts I received, which were not what I ordered.

This morning, I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts with Jamie and their team! It's important for us to support local businesses. I've been visiting this Dunkin' regularly for a few months, and I can honestly say I've never had a positive experience. Every time I either order online or go through the drive-thru, there's always a part of my order missing, or my food is served cold. My coffee is never made correctly, and I consistently order the same thing. This location is also the only one where they don't seem to understand how to prepare the Snackin' Bacon—99% of the time, it's completely raw. I'm very disappointed and won't be returning here again.

This dunkin' went from 5 stars to 1. While they are still friendly, the service and quality has deteriorated. I'm not sure when it feels like it went from a family owned by dunkin to a company run dunkin' 6 months ago and now stinks. if they literally have something other than a donut or drink they need to move, park and wait. for that it doesn't feel so well cooked. it is as if the cheese was thrown in the last minute and it is really fast cooked to get it warm but not melt.

I've been trying to make contact by phone with this store. I placed a mobile walk-in order. I ordered the sour dough sandwich with turkey sausage and added tomatoes. This sandwich cost almost $7. What I received was a sandwich with bacon. I do not eat pork and I had to give my sandwich away. Read the label on the top of the box.
