Feedback gevenThe girl at the register asked another staff member about my order, and while I was waiting, I went to the end of the counter to grab it once it was ready. The girl who handed me my order scolded me for not asking the person at the register next time and told me to approach someone at the food counter instead. I explained that there was no one there when I walked in, but she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I found this behavior extremely rude. If I had repeatedly asked the same question and received the same answer, I could understand the frustration. However, it was my first time ordering online, and on top of that, the place was nearly empty, with only one other customer at the drink station. It seemed unreasonable for her to react that way to a simple question, especially when they weren’t busy. A little respect and kindness would have gone a long way in this situation.
I recall my Cheddar-Brisket sandwich having a lot more meat than what I received this time; it felt like I got mostly bread. When I spoke to the manager about it, he was unhelpful.
Very good sandwiches, but only does not seem like enough meat for all the bread. I think next time I get the little and double meat.
It was delicious! The staff is very friendly. You keep the store clean. My husband found his new sandwich place!
Had an online order for the first time, so I wasn't sure where to pick up my food and didn't know that she had the food behind the counter I had no problem with. When I did not notice in anyone that I was even in the door, no one was behind the counter where they were preparing the food, so I went to the register (the only person there) to ask the girl there when my order was ready because I did not know where to pick it up again it was my first phone over order. Well, the girl in the register asked another girl when my order was ready, and I went to the end of the counter and picked it up. The girl behind the counter that gave me my order told me not to disturb people in the register and get someone near the food counter to give me next time my order. I told her when I came in, nobody was there, and she rolled her eyes on me and left. Extremely rude. If I had asked the same question again and again and again told the same answer, I can understand the frustration and even the immutation towards me. But I didn't know, because that was my first online order. And openly, the whole place was empty except that a person fills a drink. So I'm not sure what the big thing was to answer a simple question, and to give my food over nice and respectful, because it wasn't like they had a lot of guests to start you.
