Sancho Streetside - Shawnee

I had a very disappointing dinner on a Saturday night. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two tables occupied, yet it took over 40 minutes for our food to arrive. The nachos we ordered were hardly topped; there was so little that I had to ask for more queso to cover the chips. When the waitress came back, she informed me that there would be an additional charge for more queso, which seemed absurd given our long wait and the lackluster food. I felt they should have made an extra effort to rectify the situation. While the waitress was friendly, she couldn't significantly improve our experience. Overall, this restaurant is just okay, lacking the quality and service I’ve encountered at other places recently. It's disheartening to say this, as we used to enjoy this restaurant before it moved from downtown.

Great spot! I dined in for dinner and found the experience enjoyable. The meal was reasonably priced, around $10 to $20 per person. The food was rated 4 out of 5, the service was also a solid 4, and the atmosphere had a nice vibe, earning another 4. Overall, I'd recommend it!
