Feedback gevenI stopped by this morning and placed a $10 order, but I was really disappointed when the cashier told me they couldn't accept my $50 bill for such a small purchase. Seriously? That's a missed opportunity for you, Starbucks! I ended up canceling my order and leaving.
Starbucks! The women in my family are huge fans. They love indulging in their Pumpkin Spice Lattes during the fall season. I don't mind treating myself to a Caramel Macchiato every now and then, either.
I really love sipping on Starbucks coffee while I shop at my nearby Target.
My friend and I stopped by Starbucks and ordered some drinks. The store was quite busy, with a line of customers and only one employee on duty. She seemed overwhelmed managing orders, making drinks, and tidying up. Nevertheless, she stayed friendly and did a fantastic job, and the drinks we received were excellent. It's evident that they need more staff, as having just one person working during peak hours is simply inadequate.
I would rate this location 4 stars for its friendly staff, but overall, I think it deserves only 3 stars. This is the only Starbucks where my drinks consistently come out wrong. At other locations, my orders are always perfect, but here, things seem to be done differently. For instance, when I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew, there was barely any foam, and the barista mixed everything together instead of keeping the layers separate for that appealing look and creamy texture. I also ordered a honey almond milk flat white, but it was completely devoid of honey—just coffee and milk. If these mistakes had happened only once, I might have considered it a simple error, but unfortunately, this has occurred several times at this location.
