Friendly staff, delicious sandwich, reasonable price

Fast delivery’s I alway tip high. Don’t like the delivery’s charge on top of my tip. Sandwich’s are made by different People do that means some good some bad. Would really like some consistency!

Placed an online order, and was delivered I would assume in a reasonable time. However the delivery driver failed to read the delivery instructions, did not knock, and did not attempt to call to notify that the order had been delivered. 50 minutes after the order was placed, and roughly 30 min after the food was delivered did we decide to see what was taking so long. Our drinks were flat and watered down as all the ice had melted and the kicking ranch had spoiled as it was left out of refrigeration. The food was great as always, but this clear lack of effort put in by the delivery driver has turned my 5 star into a 2 star review.

2 subs and no napkins with my delivery order...you can do better

The service at this restaurant is incredibly fast and friendly, and they deliver directly to my house. It's the quickest Jimmy John's I've ever experienced! However, I will now be going to the location on the other side of town because for some reason, they never give me double meat when I order my favorite sandwich, which is a bit disappointing.
