KFC - Sheboygan

It is a good KFC to me. Got delivery twice and both times the food was nice and well done and crispy. The small chicken sandwich I got was yummy, the Legs wings and single thigh I git were very tasty, the biscuits were delightfully fluffy, and the wings were mostly well done and flavorful. Got a delivery order so can't comment on the restaurant itself or service but my food DID get to me fast so that should say something good about the service. No complaints, think I finally found a good KFC! Pictures are of the food I got!

Ordered the 12 piece extra crispy with fries, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. The chicken was awesome, not greasy at all. The cole slaw was delicious too!

They deserved zero stars. KFC in Sheboygan, WI filled our ten-piece bucket with five wings and four dried-out, over-cooked or re-heated breasts with a lot of breading missing. Had only a few bites when I realized something was really wrong with the food. However, the manager and assistant manager were so professional in handling this situation. They corrected the problem and gave us choices of a refund or a re-do. We opted for the re-do and the meal was 5 -stars for sure! The chicken was tender, fresh, moist, and simply delicious. We were won back to be continuing customers of KFC. Thank you!!!

Exceptionally well maintained and clean KFC. Food was fresh and a good value. Team members friendly and helpful. One of the best KFCs we have visited in a long time.

We went thru drive thru today at 3:57 and got 2 KFC bowls, a few chicken wings, 2 biscuits and and 2 small cole slaws.The drive thru attendant was very nice, and our order was PERFECT, fresh and hot.They did not forget one thing! The girl who gave us ourorder in the pouring rain was very sweet also! Thank you for being exceptional!
