Subway - Sheboygan

Preordered online, but when I got there, I had to wait through a few other customers, and then they had to prepare for the meal. also one of the employees got on their phone and complained to someone about working late.

I felt sorry for the young girl little training and the guy that was there was not much help. New sandwich Brisco was not good because not made right. It is not the staffs fault it is management not training employees. Please review new product with the staff .

Saturday 05/08/2021. South Business Drive, Sheboygan. Had just one employee working. This was over dinner time! She was extremely rude, highly unprofessional and just plain angry at the world. She should not be working here. We were forced to go eat someplace else. Jersey Mike’s was wonderful! This will be our first choice from now on.

This Subway location has huge inconsistencies on a daily basis. It’s always 50/50 if they will have any cookies at all. One more than one occurrence in the week, they will not have enough bread or vegetables. The wait is longer than acceptable depending on the time of day.

Use to be fast, clean and good...now everytime i go in..only ever one person working, and everything is a mess...and very unsanitary. Cross contamination everywhere...worker doesnt wash hands in between...definitely not a place to go if your on a lunch break...or in a hurry...scared to get sick every time i go in...wont be back. Sorry
