Feedback gevenM from the province. Staying in Shediac was a dream of me. I was born in Sackville. But I was small. Was so excited to come home again. Until I went to DAIRY QUEEN. I just wanted a cone I went through. There were 5 people I could say it wasn't busy. The guy on the passage took another customer order while my two cones were sitting there. I could say they were sitting there because they drank when I got them. He screamed at the staff. The staff didn't seem happy at all. I think the power of passing has gone into his head. He didn't say thank you or a nice day. Not everyone. TRAIN STAFF BETTER.
So wow I can't believe that the customer service we receive here yesterday evening Wednesday 5. May 2020 at the ride thru , my friend who has never been to Shediac, she just pulled out of Vancouver and she never wants to come here...here to this DQ , she ordered the chicken basket and got only 2 pieces allegedly 4 and asked for a plum sauce and bbq sauce she was not baptized so why we would not have been going to McDonald's castle again we would have had a better earth sauce and she would have just gone Very disappointing, never in our whole life we have such a bad experience in a DQ and I go to DQ all the time .. no longer Shediac site.
As a senior I am on a budget .. this place has a good value for the kind of food they serve. The only thing that has disappointed me is that there is a new owner, and he's very rude when you're worried about...him. I ask him why the supplement for his (1) contingent. His answer to me was his own 10 milk queen Franchise and this is his policy. I made him aware that not on Mount Rd in Moncton and responds that he does not own it. For me, if you can afford 10 franchises, you can afford a small extra customer service and the few extra equipment......
I think they should be faster, I waited 20 minutes for a burger to throw them into the microwave. You never have their lights on... can never see the menu, and they are always rude.. and slam the window on your face when you... ask for something.. more than once forget to give me what I order.. they need new management!!!
I visited your restaurant on January 25th. There were four teenage girls at the front, but they seemed to be more interested in chatting than working. It took a long time to receive my order, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. One of the girls appeared annoyed with my order.
