Feedback gevenThis is the slowest and most consistently disappointing service I have ever encountered in my entire life. Avoid at all costs.
Yes, it's summer and the peak of tourist season. You would expect McDonald's to be prepared for the crowds, but when we visited, the line wrapped around the building and out onto the street. Inside, the line snaked through the restaurant, with long wait times and many orders seeming to have errors. There was chaos everywhere! At one point, the cashier announced they wouldn't be taking food orders for 10 minutes, leaving frustrated customers and overwhelmed employees. After weathering the storm, we finally received our correct food order. A tip for anyone in a similar situation: try using the automated ordering process, as it's quicker and won't suddenly stop taking orders like the human setup did.
We came for breakfast this morning. The staff was friendly, but seemed confused. There was a new employee who kept repeating my order and even left for a few seconds at one point. The wait was quite long, despite not being very busy. They even skipped a few people ahead of me who never received their orders. I felt quite sorry for those customers.
Customer service suck whenever you order check that the meal its correct and the price its correct
Just another one of your typical fast food places, I'm not much for big restaurants like this but I do have it once in awhile. Support local small business if you can
