Mcdonald's - Sheffield

I ordered a 6-piece nugget but only received 4. They also gave us our milkshakes without straws, and my McChicken wasn’t even wrapped. To make matters worse, they were out of sweet and sour sauce—this is McDonald's, so they should definitely have sauces available! The lettuce from the burger was falling all over the place, and we only received one straw for our Coke. Honestly, my local McDonald's never messes up this badly. Service: Takeout.

I decided to return the food to the counter, where manager Charlene informed me that I would not be receiving the Quarter Pounder with cheese. Our app order number was FW48, but Charlene accused me of lying and claimed the food was ordered at the window. I refused to leave the window until I received hot food. As a result, an employee brought out the new food to the car behind me, and when passing, he made some derogatory remarks, ending with "get a life." It was apparent he had informed the other customer about my situation, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I believe it's inappropriate for your employees to discuss my situation with other customers. I ended up leaving without the Quarter Pounder with cheese, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald's!
