They drive at this place on the way home from work and it is always busy ... decided to call for fish and chips and was not disappointed! was before place. will definitely return. good portions and the chips were beautiful, crispy cadry.

It's been our local chippy for years and once belonged to my relatives. I don't know what's happened but recently it's been terrible. On a number of occasions the fish has been so dry and covered with too much batter. The fish has shrivelled up inside and just left a large piece of batter at the end with no fish in it!. Chips are not bad and the service is great but its a fish and chip shop and the fish needs to be right. I have wondered if they are frying the fish too early and warming it for too long? I have made the decision after too many bad fish suppers, to go elsewhere even if it means driving to get it. Unfortunately, many of our local friends have said the same.
