Pizza Hut Drakehouse Sheffield

Extremely expensive considering the quality of food and portion size. Cash is NOT accepted. You must order off the app. No personal table service. A family of 3 ordered 3 pizzas, 2 sides and some drinks…goodbye £100.00!!!! I would rather go to a nice pub with table service and experience a much better dinning service than the one here. Is there any wonder they are shutting down and always almost empty. How can people afford to eat here during an economic crisis…an individual pizza £17.99…ludicrous!!!

Absolutely amazing I fell ill whilst waiting for our food so we asked if we could take it out. Not only did they help us get everything sorted whilst we were putting the kids in the car they brought our food to us. Thank you cas the manager and I forgot the young lads name unfortunately.

Arrived for a booking we made over a week ago for 13 people to be told by a very unhelpful manager that they hadn’t seen the booking and there was nothing they could do other than seat us around the restaurant on separate tables. Poor.

Absolutely appalling, will not be returning nor recommending. I asked to be served manually due to having Blue Light Discount, this in itself seemed like too much trouble. We ordered 2 pizzas with cheesy bite base, we weren’t told at this point that this was only available on sharer pizzas by the server (haven’t been to Pizza Hut so don’t know the menu). Would have been nice to have been made aware at point of ordering, but no nothing. Then on asking for the bill, we were waiting that long we had to go to front desk to pay as no one brought it to our table, on receiving the receipt we were charged for 2 sharer pizzas, £26.54 each… over £20 for one pizza! There was no care given by the staff member taking payment. Just think it’s disgusting that this wasn’t explained at point of ordering, completely ruined our experience.

Visited today for my daughters 9th birthday for a family meal, didn't get the young girls name but she was lovely from start to finsh Food was lovely and staff were very attractive and took time to talk to my daughter about her bday etc. It was a little pricey but it was a nice quiet afternoon for a birthday treat.
