The museum opened in 1982 to preserve and showcase old industrial machinery that was used in Sheffield in the past.
We visited this pub on a recent visit to Sheffield, the food and drinks were well priced and the service was quick, however a rare' steak was very well cooked and dry, we requested a replacement to of the parties steaks as another was...not medium'. The steaks re arrived mins later at which point the rest of the plate of food had gone stone cold, the staff were very apologetic and quickly provided hot chips, peas and onion rings and made a deduction on the bill. Once we all had the correct meals it was thoroughly enjoyable and the barmen were very pleasant and helpful. Certainly would visit again.
Food was very good, reasonable price and good service, well worth a visit. we went at lunchtime and all the four of us enjoyed what we had
Oh my goodness. This restaurant was a disaster. After enjoying a lovely meal in Leopold Square, we decided to check out this place and were completely appalled. The establishment was dirty, with items scattered all over the floor, dirty glasses and trash left on the tables, and the restrooms were absolutely horrendous. The patrons seemed rough and boisterous, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere where I didn't feel safe. The Bouncers were unwelcoming and unfriendly, making me hesitant to approach them. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.
