Zeenat - Sheffield

The takeaway service at this restaurant is absolutely terrible. They take orders and money but never deliver the food, and they ignore phone calls from customers and food delivery platforms. I'm glad I didn't receive my food because after looking at their reviews, it seems like a complete disaster. I hope this place gets shut down.

Delivery was fine. But when the order came it was awful. Eaten lots of takeaways over the years good and bad. The butter chicken is always my default and always nice. This was very spicy too hot to eat and the over load of salt was stinging my lips. My husbands “mild” dish was too hot to even taste. We threw both away. Value for money is only value for money if it is edible. This was not. Been ill all night from the bit I tried. Will never use again.

Ordered a meal from Zeenat at Attercliffe at 20:10pm. The delivery time said it would be here for 21:30pm. (This is fine as they were busy). I messaged them on the Just Eat app, at 21:40pm to say they are now delivering it at 22:15pm. over 80 calls later, and I still haven’t got an answer from the restaurant, except the line is engaged and coming up with “User busy”. We got a message at 21:30pm saying our dinner was on route! I’m up for work at half 4 tomorrow morning (I am a key worker during this pandemic) and I didn’t fancy having a curry this late. Waiting over 2 hours for a curry that has been paid for. I’m really not happy at this.

I ordered food from this restaurant and was quite disappointed. The dish was soggy and I couldn't even eat it. It was definitely not worth the money and I will not be ordering from here again.

Tried to order from them and they refused to take card over the phone told them we aren't in walking distance to a card machine they told us to order from just eat or uber eats and the payment wouldn't go through on just eat and on uber eats the resturant doesn't deliever to my area even though the resturant told us they do. Person on the phone was nothing but rude, wouldn't bother with them again.
